OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Ella Rose Hair Boutique. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.
The service must be a mistake from the service provider, not something about which you may have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 7 days to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.
It is important you contact us as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service if we believe there was an issue with your service.
Please keep in mind that when correcting box color or going from dark to light, multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve your desired result. Occasionally, the desired result is unachievable due to the client's hair, hair history, or unrealistic expectations. Stylists will do their best to communicate the art and science of hair so everyone can understand the process, and what is achievable.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Ella Rose Hair Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff, or abusing their stylists time by no-showing or late canceling (less than 36 hours).
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. To respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours before the appointment. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service.
Appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours prior may result in a loss of deposit or a 20% fee for the time you were reserved for. Your stylist will determine if a fee is required to rebook or if your deposit will be forfeited. All fees must be paid before rebooking your next service.
A no-call/no-show will result in a 50% fee for the booked service. Which will be charged to the card on file or the deposit for the appointment will be forfeited. This will need to be paid before rebooking. Rebooking will be at the discretion of the stylist.
Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will, at minimum, have to shorten your appointment and what we can provide in your time slot reserved, or, we may have to reschedule your appointment entirely. If your stylist chooses perform your service and adjust their services for your tardiness, you will still be charged for the time slot which you reserved.
Please arrange for child care for your appointment. We want you, and the other guests of the salon to enjoy a relaxing, uninterrupted service. Children are welcome at the salon when they are receiving a service. Children’s services are charged the full hourly session price of their stylist. Children under the age of 10 should be accompanied by an adult through their entire service. Children under the age of 18 must have parental approval and permission through our parent release form before receiving their first service.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Ella Rose Hair Boutique accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and cash.
At Ella Rose Hair Boutique we strive to give you the best hair experience. When you book an appointment with us we make it our mission to provide high-quality hair services. Whether you are getting just a haircut or a full-color service we know your time is precious. To respect our client’s time as well as our stylist Ella Rose Hair Boutique has updated our policies regarding booking an appointment.
To book an appointment at our salon a credit card will be taken at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Your card will not be charged unless there is a no-call/no-show or if you did not cancel within the 48-hour notice. Your stylist may also require a 20% deposit for hair services depending on appointment demands or extensive hair services. All deposits taken are nonrefundable.
All deposits taken will be put towards your hair services at check out. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without a 48-hour notice your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date or forfeited depending on circumstances. This will be at the discretion of your stylist. You may also use deposits for retail products in the event of a cancelation with no desire to rebook. All deposits taken are nonrefundable.
HAIR EXTENSION APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
New Clients: A card will be taken at the time of scheduling to hold the reservation. A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit will be taken to secure this appointment. All deposits taken for hair extension services will be put towards hair services at check out. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without a 48-hour notice your deposit will either be transferred to the new appointment date or a cancelation fee will be forfeited from the deposit depending on circumstances. This will be at the discretion of your stylist. If you decide not to go through with the hair extension service management will decide if the deposit is fully forfeited. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. For no-call/no-shows please refer back to our 48-hour cancellation policy.
Existing Clients: All clients are required to have a card on file. Stylists may charge a deposit of up to 20% of the hair extension service to hold your appointment. All deposits taken will be put towards hair services at check out. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment without a 48-hour notice your deposit will either be transferred to the new appointment date or will be forfeited depending on circumstances. This will be at the discretion of your stylist. You may also use deposits for retail products in the event of a cancelation with no desire to rebook. All deposits are non-refundable. Your request will be scheduled based on artist availability. Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Ella Rose Hair Boutique.
It is against our boutique’s policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
- Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
- Please call Ella Rose Hair Boutique concerning lost gift certificates.
- All gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Participation in the referral program is an individual choice of each stylist and is not guaranteed with all stylists.
1. For every person you refer and who books an appointment with us, a $25 credit will be added to your next service at Ella Rose Hair Boutique. The referred client must purchase a service of $25 or more before the credit is applied.
2. You, the referrer, will receive a $25 credit for each new customer you have referred. These $25 credits can only be used for one appointment at a time and can’t be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Referral credits cannot be assigned or passed along to any other client.
4. Ella Rose Hair Boutique credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
5. Ella Rose Hair Boutique reserves the right to terminate credits and services for the referring customer and/or referred customer.
6. Credits can not be used on product.

Meaning, we have no problem with you working at multiple locations or being a freelancer. Although we know many salons may not share this polyamorous view yet, we believe that you should be able to work where you want rather than having to sign “non-compete” agreements.
This gives you the freedom to choose what’s best for you and your clients. We never want you to feel trapped in our relationship with you.
Consider this an open relationship. As long as we’re communicating, we’re good.
